The Science Of Nondestructive Testing Nondestructive testing uses science and math to make measurements and inspections. There is a large number of different NDT methods used and they all use some form of energy to collect information. Some of the more common methods used are electricity, magnetism, X-rays, and sound as the energy form. These materials were prepared to teach the science of nondestructive testing.
